Residents: how to get access
Your leasing office adds you to your lease in RentClear. You'll either get an email invitation, or you can register with the link or QR code your leasing office provides, using the same email address you gave them.
Text message alerts
Residents can choose to receive account alerts by text message, such as rent due reminders, new charges, late fees and payment receipts. Texts are optional and only sent to people who opt in. See our SMS Terms for details, and reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
